POSITION OBJECTIVE

 The position is responsible for overall brand development and implementation for maximized sales and profit. 
 Strategize for brand penetration and positioning within the region to create brand image in the market. 

Key Responsibilities

Brand Growth and Profitability

 Maximize sales and profitability of brand stores in line with Company targets. 
 Develop the brand launch strategy in consultation with the Brand General Manager. 
 Control costs within budgetary guidelines for the brand stores. 
 Maximize productivity in stores through effective deployment of resources at brand stores to ensure complete sell through as per brand product, style and assortment plans. 
 Review feedback from territories on Brand acceptance and customer expectations. 
 Ensure adherence to financial plan in all key areas
 sales, markdowns, margin and average inventory. 
 Create the brand positioning in consultation with the Marketing team and Brand Principal / Brand General Manager. 
 Involve in recruitment and training of team members. Brand Merchandise Planning and Product Selection
 Study merchandise requirements for assigned brand by setting sourcing triggers based on actual sales, sales forecasts, company order parameters, inventory checks, forth coming events, replenishment needs. 
 Design the merchandise plan (pricing, promotion, assortment etc.) with the team for timely availability of stocks at the stores. 
 Determine buying requirements and formulate buying plan and budget. 
 Conduct product selection in coordination with the buying requirements and the product research received. 
 Ensure effective in-season management across territories (stock balancing, markdown management, stock analysis, stock vs. sales performance). Brand Image
 Create brand awareness “Club Apparel”. 
 Coordinate with Retail Operations to collate the feedback on retail and brand operations. 
 Develop Strategy for Visual Merchandising at Stores and ensure implementation of the same. Market and Competition Research
 Acquire market intelligence through various sources and analyze trends that may impact business. 
 Research the brand acceptance within the region or any new territory and identify any inputs on brand customizations required. 
 Map competition prices / products and provide qualitative inputs to business. 
 Research and look at new sites for brand outlets and discuss the same with the Operations Manager and General Manager. 
 Research on the latest trends in products, brands, styles, designs, fits etc. Projects &amp; Administration
 Evaluate the selected site on parameters like trade area, customer base, additional merchandising considerations and seek internal approvals. 
 Co-ordinate for new store openings and re-fits with the operations and projects team. 
 Ensure brand outlet locations are in line with the brand strategy and positioning. 
 Ensure adherence to the store opening plan.

Numberly is looking for a Senior Digital Campaign Manager to join its Marketing team in Dubai and support the development of marketing multichannel campaigns and online studies. The job role includes
Develop and execute comprehensive CRM (Customer Relationship Management) strategies for clients across various industries (FMCG, beauty, luxury, etc.), including data collection, data activation, loyalty programs, and segmentation.
Analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and present reports and results during client meetings.
Efficiently prioritize project execution to meet deadlines and achieve set objectives.
Support campaign execution (email/SMS/Push notifications) from client briefing through to coordinating with internal teams (creative, project management) to implement campaigns targeting the appropriate audience within the campaign management system.
Manage client relationships, taking responsibility for building trust and maximizing client satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and CRM practices to ensure strategies remain innovative and competitive.
Business Development Support: Collaborate with the growth team to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, ensuring that strategies align with market trends and client needs.

Qualifications

Degree in Marketing (business school, university).
You have 2-5 years of experience with a strong interest in CRM.
You are fluent or native in English; fluency in Arabic is a plus.
You are rigorous, autonomous and have good communication skills.
Capable at multitasking and prioritizing workload.
You have analytical skills and an appetite for technical subjects.
You have excellent client relationship skills.
You are flexible to work in a multicultural environment.
Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.

Role Summary

The Manager Product Marketing will play a crucial role in defining and executing the go-to-market strategy for our products. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Commercial, to ensure the successful launch and adoption of our products across the region. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for product marketing, a strong analytical mindset, and a proven track record of launching and driving product success.

What’s On Your Plate?

Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases. Collaborate with product managers to understand product vision and objectives.
Growth Marketing: Develop and execute data-driven strategies to increase engagement and retention. Work closely to drive user and revenue growth while effectively managing and ultimately reducing budgets. 
Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audience. Ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
Marketing Campaigns: Support local marketing teams with planning integrated marketing campaigns to drive product awareness, adoption, and engagement. 
Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of product marketing initiatives. Use data to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and optimize strategies.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management, Commercial, Brand, and other teams to align product marketing efforts with overall business goals. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment

What you need to be successful

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
7+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the tech or e-commerce industry.
Proven track record of successful product launches and go-to-market strategies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Previous experience in launching and/or growing subscription services using impactful marketing campaigns, will be a good to have. 
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms.
