Accountant - Abu Dhabi
We are looking for a diligent and experienced Accountant to join our Realestate Company. As an Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in managing financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting the company's financial stability and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Maintain accurate and up to date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Prepare and post financial transactions and reconcile accounts.
2) Generate and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Prepare financial reports for management and stakeholders.
3) Assist in creating and managing the company's budget. Provide financial forecasts and insights to guide decision-making.
4) Tenancy Management – negotiating renewal rent & tenancy terms, conditions in between tenant and landlord
5) Oversee payroll processing, including deductions, withholdings, and disbursements.
Ensure accuracy in payroll calculations and compliance with labor laws.
6) Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
Make recommendations to enhance financial performance.
7) Making payment vouchers, invoice, and account payable and receivable. Send emails, phone calls, day to day administrative duties.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience in accounting and financial management, particularly in Real estate industry.
Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
