BRAGARD LLC is looking to hire his new team member to be part of the human size, family like team !
The elected candidate will be based in Dubai and will report directly to the General Manager.

Main missions :

We are seeking a senior accountant / administration manager to join our young and dynamic team.

Duties will include:
Implementing strong process and monitoring of receivables
Preparing clients' statements of account and following up for outstanding amounts.
Preparation of invoices, statements of accounts, quotations.
Preparation of monthly stock inventory and sample inventory.
Preparation of monthly payroll and payments to bank for salary transfer.
Performs bank transactions and handles petty cash
Bookeeping and preparation of financial statements using ZOHO BOOKs software.
Closing books on a quarterly basis and coordinating with external auditors for yearly audits.
Prepares various tax returns for periodic filing with the Tax Authority.
Performs administrative tasks such as answering inquiries and resolving issues from clients over the phone and email

Qualification:
Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
License: CPA (required)
Experience: 2-5 years in a similar role
Well versed with MS Office and ZOHO BOOKS.
Proactive and pay attention to detail.
French speaking is a plus.
