Architectural Engineer - Dubai

The candidate should be able to perform various duties that involve directing and overseeing the structural, mechanical, and electrical operations in building projects to ensure efficient utilities.
• 5+ years’ proven experience as an architectural designer or architectural engineer
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD (ideally with Revit experience as well)
• Ability to collaborate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors
• Managing team of engineers
• Managing existing and new projects
• Knowledge of building
• 3D Representation
• The responsibilities of the 3D artist include creating still and moving images using computers, creating 3D models of products, and managing multiple projects while adhering to deadlines.
• Promoting and attracting new clients
• Skilled at managing and dealing with clients
Requirements
• Degree in Architectural Engineering
• Knowledge in Revit Software
• Approved Architectural Engineering Certification by Dubai Municipality for G+4 - Mandatory (Must provide DM certification)
• UAE Experience
• UAE Driving licence is a plus
