Minimum 5 years’ Experience only in G+1 Villas in Dubai.
Must be G+1 License Holder.
Member of SOE.
Must Have UAE Driving License.
Strong working knowledge of DM Portal.
Strong working knowledge of MBRHE & SZHP.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Strong Working Knowledge in G+1 Villas Estimation in Dubai.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
