Job Description:

Material Coordination:
You'll collaborate closely with site engineers and foremen to assess material requirements at construction sites, ensuring a smooth flow of materials.

Request for Quotations (RFQ):
Prepare RFQ documents and gather quotations from suppliers, paying close attention to detail.

Price Negotiations:
Use your negotiation skills to secure competitive prices and favorable payment terms from suppliers.
Price Comparative Statement:
Create a comprehensive price comparative statement to aid in supplier selection.

Purchase Orders (LPO):
Generate Purchase Orders (LPOs) for selected suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Logistics and Delivery:
Coordinate efficient material delivery to sites, considering logistical ease and project timelines.

Document Management:
Maintain accurate records of delivery notes and tax invoices, handing them over to the accounting department.

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
1-2 years of practical experience on construction sites.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi/Urdu, and Arabic.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.

Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management is a plus.
