Job Descriptions:-
* Mandatory qualified in Bachelor of civil Engineering.
*Minimum 5 years experience Under DM & DDA.
*Required G+1 DM license.
*Capacity of handling independent villa projects.
*Candidate should have Dubai work experience only.
*Should be aware of all Dubai authorities (DM, DDA, Nakheel & Trakhees).
*Extensive technical knowledge of material & scope of work in all the field of construction.
*Experience in handling multiple projects.
*Determine & Define clear deliverables, roles & responsibilities for team members.
*Assign & oversee the daily task.
*Candidate should have valid UAE driving license
