Job Description:

As a Foreman at BANIYAS BUILDING CONTRACTING L.L.C ,you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction activities on the job site. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading a team of skilled workers and subcontractors.
• Managing project schedules, resources, and budgets.
• Ensuring work is carried out efficiently, safely, and according to plans.
• Monitoring project progress and making necessary adjustments.
• Communicating with project managers and stakeholders.
• Training and mentoring team members.
• UAE Driving License Mandatory

Salary range : 3,000 - 5,000 AED

Qualifications:

• 10+ years experience as a construction foreman or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, tools, and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
