IT specialist with Digital Marketing - Dubai

We are seeking a diligent IT specialist with hands on experience with Digital marketing to take care of all our IT needs.

Responsibilities:
• Website Maintenance and development
• Installing new software and hardware components.
• Ensuring data storage is safe and secure.
• Supporting the day-to-day operations of our computer network.
• Configure mail Id (office 365 exchange) and backup the data.
• Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
• Resolve problems reported by the end user.
• Perform network maintenance and system upgrade.

Digital Marketing:
Creating digital content that increases customer engagement and enhances the company’s online brand.
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase website traffic, online visibility, and conversion rates.
Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media advertising).
Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to improve search engine rankings.
Monitor web analytics and generate reports to track the performance of digital marketing efforts.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement email marketing campaigns.

Requirements:
• A degree in computer science or a related field is preferable.
• Proven experience in a network administrator role.
• Hands-on experience in networking, routing, and switching.
• Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure.
• Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired.
• Ability to set up and configure server hardware.
• Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies.
• Great at organizing, prioritizing, and multitasking.
