LEASING COORDINATOR REQUIRED IN DUBAI

We are a reputable real estate company in Dubai is currently searching for a Leasing Coordinator to join our team.

Whilst you maintain and build strong relationships with existing tenants and clients who may be potential tenants you will be responsible for, but not limited to;
• Market and lease residential and/or industrial and commercial space to prospective tenants.
• Managing monthly leasing reports.
• Plan, implement and monitor the execution of the marketing related activities to ensure set targets are achieved.
• Develop long term customer relationships and provide a high level of service to achieve new and repeated business.
• Negotiating and overseeing preparation of Sale/Lease Documentations and Approval Status.
• Work with the Head of Leasing and General Manager to ensure that lease administration matters are in order.
Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree holder with Real Estate experience in Dubai.
• UAE Driving license
• Good knowledge of residential/commercial leasing, market movements and real estate development plans in UAE.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Resourceful, hands on and good team player with a high level of initiative

Minimum Work Experience:2-5 Years
Minimum Education Level:Bachelors Degree
