Accountable for ongoing Social Media content creation, ongoing updates about the brand and daily engagement management i.e. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tweeter and upcoming platforms.

Creating regular brand awareness and promotion to gain hotel audience satisfaction and to engage them in both online and offline channels.

Acts as a Customer Relation Officer and spends time with Customers / Members to establish a developing business relationship.

Co-organizing with sales on hotel events and coverage of the events.
