Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with extensive experience in managing day to day marketing initiatives and campaigns (offline and online). This role will support the Director of Marketing and join a fast-paced, agile marketing team.
The Role :
Ownership of tracking and updating all marketing databases on a regular basis, supporting the team across all ad-hoc marketing requests and updates
Translation of all local Russian market content including email, social and sales collateral
Regular communication with global teams and hotels
Support Director of Marketing on the day to day BAU marketing requests and tasks
Content Calendar: Create and own the yearly content calendar for all marketing purposes
Campaign Management: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, trade promotions.
Russian Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content for the Russian market, including creation of social media posts, newsletters, blog articles, and promotional materials that align with our brand voice and aesthetic.
Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, B2B competitor activities, and travel trade preferences to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
Experience / Requirements:
Experienced B2B marketing professional with a passion for digital marketing
Fluency in English and Russian
Minimum 3 years+ experience in a marketing role, preferably in the luxury hospitality or travel industry
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strategic mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas
Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g. JIRA, Tableau, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, CRM systems)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Passion for luxury travel and hospitality
Experience of running integrated campaigns across multiple digital disciplines
Strong understanding of social media and the use of content within wider marketing strategies and competency with use of Facebook,Instagram, LinkedIn
Organised, excellent attention to detail
