Skilled Maintenance Technician with a strong background in HVAC systems, Plumbing and Home Appliances repairs. The ideal candidate will have a UAE driver's license and a passion for ensuring our properties remain in optimal condition.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform maintenance tasks on various properties, including HVAC systems (FCU, DX units) plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
2.Carry out assigned daily maintenance tasks in MEP, HVAC, painting, masonry, joinery and home appliances.
3. Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely and efficient manner and maintain KPI set by the managment.
4. Collaborate with the operations team to plan and execute move in and move out inspections.
5. Prepare and maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed.
6. Ensure the safety of residents and colleagues while performing maintenance tasks.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician with an MEP background and civil
Valid UAE driver's license.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
