• Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits
• Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
- The smooth running of the office,
- Handle incoming calls and Email inquiries,
- Schedule meetings,
- Order office supplies, service inputs and parts.
- Manage office expenditures and maintain records.
- Coordinate customer service requests and report service deliveries.
- Prepare shipment documents, maintain business and employee records.
