VAM Systems is currently looking for PM Contact Center for our UAE operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:
Skills
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Contact Center Solution.
• Techno-functional experience to execute Genesys Cloud Contact Center project.
• Capability to run Channels related enhancements.
• SMS enhancement project
• Automation & process Enhancement project of manual operation task.
The selected candidates shall join VAM Systems – UAE and shall be deputed to one of the leading Banks in UAE.
