Must have a food company background specially pasta (2 to 3 years)
Must be able to determine and do sample analysis of Semolina, wheat flour and establish accepted parameters in relation to this
Must be able to do unsupervised sample analysis thru RMs, In process, FGs, SFGs, prepare reports and recommendations based on analysis
Do hygiene inspection and be able to implement proper corrective and preventive measures
Must have an extensive background on HACCP/ISO certifications, monitor & record CCPs & QCPs
Knowledge in maintaining/calibrating LAB quality equipment and fixtures
