Sales Account Manager - Dubai
The Sales Account Manager role will include:
Achieve budgeted sales and margin targets within the assigned territory.
Cultivate and manage relationships with existing clients while developing new accounts.
Build a robust network of contacts within customer organizations.
Leverage strategic relationships with vendors and suppliers to enhance market development.
Conduct market analysis and devise strategic sales plans to seize opportunities.
Develop customer needs assessments and negotiate pricing structures.
Maintain an organized and updated sales pipeline in the Sales Data Warehouse.
Oversee the master agreement contract process and ensure project execution aligns with client expectations.
Contribute to product development strategies through initial planning and ongoing feedback.
Represent the organization at industry events, fostering connections in the trade community.
Requirements of the Sales Account Manager:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Strong command of English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office for sales management.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in capital equipment sales and territory management, especially in packaging or rigid plastics.
Established customer base and strong industry connections in the rigid container market.
Proven sales management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Willingness to travel more than 50%.
