Confidential Group of Companies located in Dubai, hiring a female Secretary cum Accountant who can join immediately. Visa will be provided after being approved for qualifications and required skills.
Director's Secretary Role Responsibilities:
Manage the director's calendar efficiently.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
Maintain records and files.
Perform general administrative tasks.
Accounting skills required:
• Record and process all accounting entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
• Issue invoices and update accounts receivable and performs reconciliations
• Record expenses / purchases and update accounts payable and performs reconciliations
• Prepare and review balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to International Financial Reporting Standards and in compliance with the local laws and regulations
General skills required:
• Possess sound knowledge of general use software’s and ability to work on Microsoft Excel and Word
• Knowledge and ability to use accounting software
• Self-motivated to learn and ensure to keep knowledge and skill up to date
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Team-player
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
