The Data Analyst role within the Stellantis account team is someone who will be the data lead for that business. He/she will analyze the client data to generate actionable insights, while also being the SPOC for all measurement projects being activation for Stellantis. He/she will also act as the client’s consultant when it comes to all matters Data, Research, Insights and identify opportunity areas where the Groupe’s data solutions can be an appropriate solution.

Client Relationship Management: Being the main point of contact representing the research team for the client. Be it business, consumer, category or app data – the client expects this resource to be abreast with all the aspects to help formulate marketing decisions (campaigns, tactical offer support, content etc)
Business Analysis: A keen eye to understand business performance and metrics. Measure performance of campaigns against these business metrics. Identify opportunities to drive business growth
Digital Business Analytics: Understand the client app’s business performance. Provide content optimization and marketing strategies to fuel Digital business
Strategic Planning: Support and/or challenge the strategy team with relevant consumer, category, brand and business data points to aid in communication strategies for the marketing calendar initiatives. Use third party tools like Global Web Index, Euromonitor, Statex, WARC, Statista, SimilarWeb, etc and leverage consumer research work available for the client
Consumer Research: Liaise with third party research agencies to prepare research proposals, information areas and drive consumer research projects that provide insights from a consumers lens – campaign effectiveness, consumer segmentation, brand health tracking etc.
Project Management: The role will be custodian to deliver data centric reports to the client on a timely basis. This will require cross-functional efforts to collect data from across specialist media and digital teams – prepare reports – generate insights for the client.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a role focused on market research or consumer insights.
Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Marketing, Market Research, Communications, Economics or a related field is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to transform data into a concise, yet compelling story.
Ability to synthesize information and produce insightful and accurate analysis and recommendations.
Highly organized and impeccable attention to detail. Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver accurate reports without grammatical or data errors.
Strong sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, good interpersonal skills and confidence in delivery presentations.
Critical thinking skills are important and would be necessary across all facets of this job.
Proficient user of MS Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint.
Should be willing to continuously learn and upskill.
Proficiency in major digital analytics platforms would be a plus.
Experience & knowledge of MENA automotive category would be a plus.
