Senior Regional Account Manager - Dubai

Job Base Location:

Dubai, UAE (with travel and focus on the Middle East & Central Asia markets)

Nationality Preference:

Priority given to Emirati nationals; Saudi nationals and other Arabic native speakers will also be considered.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Account Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement account strategies to achieve or exceed sales KPIs within the renewable energy, solar PV, and digital power sectors.
Build and maintain customer confidence and trust by supporting their efforts to meet KPIs, while positioning Company as a leader in these markets.

2. Customer Relationship Development:

Foster and enhance relationships with key customers, especially at high levels, to ensure exclusive support for projects and effective management of critical events.
Work closely with stakeholders to secure commitment to Company's solutions in renewable energy and digital power.

3. Strategic Planning:

Create and execute key account strategies and business plans informed by deep market insights and analysis specific to renewable energy and solar PV markets.
Align market objectives with the broader goals of the company, driving business growth in the Middle East & Central Asia.

4. Understanding & Addressing Customer Needs:

Identify and understand customer pain points and business objectives within the renewable energy sector.
Develop mutually beneficial business environments, fostering win-win partnerships that drive innovation and success.

5. Market Analysis & Strategy Development:

Conduct comprehensive market analysis, focusing on industry trends, customer needs, and competition in the solar PV and digital power sectors.
Participate in the development and implementation of customer relationship plans that are tailored to the dynamics of these specific industries.

Job Requirements:

1. Customer Relationship Management:

Demonstrated ability to build and strengthen high-level customer relationships within the renewable energy, solar PV, and digital power industries.
Expertise in identifying customer challenges and providing solutions that create tangible value.

2. Project Management Expertise:

Experience in leading project operations as a core team member, with a focus on coordinating resources and driving project success in renewable energy projects.
Proven capability in steering complex projects to completion, particularly within the ME&CA;region.

3. Regional Market Insight:

At least 10 years of total experience, with a minimum of 5 years specifically in the renewable energy sector, including solar PV and digital power.

Deep understanding of the Middle East & Central Asia markets, with a successful track record in managing and leading projects in these regions.

4. Strategic Influence & Problem Solving:

Ability to establish and nurture exclusive customer relationships that influence decision-making processes.
Skilled in managing and resolving critical issues, ensuring a positive outcome for both the customer and the company.
