Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

Content Creation
1. Develop engaging content for various social media platforms, including images, videos, and written posts.
Content Scheduling & Posting
1. Schedule posts using social media management tools to ensure consistent posting across all platforms.
2. Monitor and adjust posting times based on engagement analytics to optimize reach.
Community Management
1. Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
2. Engage with followers and potential clients by liking, commenting, and sharing relevant content.
Marketing Campaigns & Strategies

Campaign Planning:
1. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns aligned with overall marketing goals.
2. Set measurable objectives for campaigns, such as increasing followers, engagement, or lead generation.
Content Promotion
1. Promote new blog posts, company updates, and other content across social media channels.
2. Use paid social media advertising to boost key posts or campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting

Performance Monitoring:
1. Track and analyse social media metrics, such as engagement rates, follower growth, and website traffic.
2. Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Instagram Analytics to gather data.
Reporting:
1. Prepare weekly or monthly reports summarizing social media performance.
2. Provide insights and recommendations for improving future social media efforts.
Trend Monitoring & Competitor Analysis

Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
1. Regularly monitor trends in social media and digital marketing to stay ahead of the curve.
2. Identify new platforms, tools, or strategies that could benefit the company.
Competitor Analysis:
1. Analyse competitors’ social media activities to identify best practices and potential areas for differentiation.
2. Provide insights on how the company can improve its social media presence.
Content Collaboration & Coordination

Internal Collaboration:
1. Work closely for content, design, and Sales Teams, Operation Team to align social media content with broader marketing initiatives.
2. Coordinate with other departments to gather information for social media posts.
SEO & Website Support

SEO Optimization:
1. Collaborate with the SEO outsource to ensure social media posts are optimized for search engines.
2. Use relevant keywords and hashtags to increase visibility.
Website Updates:
1. Coordinate with the web development team to update website content based on social media trends or campaigns.
2. Ensure social media channels are integrated into the website effectively.
Enhance Follower Growth and Lead Generation: Implement innovative strategies and techniques to increase the company's social media followers and drive lead generation across all platforms.
Coordinate with Third-Party Providers: Manage and oversee collaborations with third-party vendors to ensure seamless execution of social media campaigns and related marketing activities.
Strategic Social Media Integration: Develop and execute a comprehensive plan to unify the company’s presence across various social media channels, including WhatsApp, Telegram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. Facilitate coordination with agents to optimize their personal social media profiles in alignment with company goals.
Organize 3D Tour Creation: Lead the initiative to produce 3D virtual tours, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality, immersive experiences for potential clients.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist & Marking Executive, particularly within the real estate sector in the UAE.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and content best practices relevant to real estate marketing.
Demonstrated success in managing social media campaigns and creating engaging content that drives lead generation and sales.
Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling real estate content and interact with a diverse audience.
Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to achieving marketing objectives.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
