Account Manager - Dubai
Position Overview:
As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Dubai branch's growth and success. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT solutions that meet our clients' needs. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new team and contribute to building our presence in the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand clients' business needs and provide tailored IT solutions to meet their objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and services.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on account performance and market developments.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably in the IT industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client accounts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of the Dubai market and business culture is a plus.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
