Your challenges and mission
Be the master of our paid acquisition universe. You’ll own our advertising game on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and beyond, crafting campaigns that not only hit the mark but also deliver real results.
Make data your secret weapon. You’ll dive deep into the numbers, using your analytical superpowers to fine-tune campaigns, boost profitability, and consistently exceed our targets. CPC, CTR, CPL, ROAS – you’ll be fluent in the language of performance metrics.
Create a seamless user journey. From landing pages to search ads and banners, you’ll ensure every touchpoint is optimised for conversions, guiding users effortlessly towards becoming loyal Deriv customers.
Be the marketing maestro. You’ll collaborate with teams across Deriv to ensure our marketing efforts are in sync with our overall goals. Your expertise will help shape a cohesive and impactful marketing strategy.
Tell the story of our success. You’ll create reports that showcase the results of your efforts, highlighting key metrics, tracking revenue, and demonstrating the value of our paid acquisition initiatives. Your insights will guide our future marketing decisions and propel Deriv’s growth.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in a performance marketing role, preferably within the fintech industry
University degree in finance, business, marketing, or a related field
Ability to handle multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision
Excellent understanding of conversion rate optimisation for banners, landing pages, and the customer activation funnel
Capability to think critically and exercise independent judgement and discretion
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
