Accounts and Administrative Executive - Dubai

Accounting Duties:
· Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
· Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment processing.
· Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
· Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements.
· Support budget preparation and expense tracking.
· Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits.

Administrative Duties:
· Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
· Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement.
· Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
· Handle filing, data entry, and document management.
· Support HR functions, such as onboarding and employee record maintenance.
