Accounts Assistant/Logistic cordinator - Dubai
We are currently looking for qualified candidates to fill two key positions: Accountant and Logistics Coordinator. We highly encourage North Indian and other nationalities to apply, as fluency in Hindi is a requirement for the Logistics Coordinator role.
1. Accountant
Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage accurate financial records, including bookkeeping and journal entries.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and procedures.
Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Zoho Books, is a plus.
Prepare financial statements, handle reconciliations, and assist in budgeting.
Flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as per business needs.
Requirements:
Proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
Knowledge of journal entries and bookkeeping.
Experience with Zoho Books (preferred).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Flexible in work hours and responsibilities as required.
2. Logistics Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage and coordinate driver schedules and transportation of goods.
Ensure timely and smooth delivery of shipments, handling any issues that may arise.
Maintain control of vehicle transport, ensuring proper use and maintenance.
Handle logistics challenges and adapt to changing needs.
Must be able to manage drivers effectively, handle pressure, and make quick decisions.
Proficiency in Hindi is essential for managing the team and coordinating deliveries.
Requirements:
Previous experience in logistics or related roles.
Strong leadership and communication skills, particularly in Hindi.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Should be bold, decisive, and proactive in resolving logistical issues.
