Assistant Finance Manager - Dubai

Monitoring and review of relevant processes for submission of all of the client's operational tax returns
Review all submitted budgets
Prepare annual budget plans and periodic forecasting
You need to coordinate with Fin, purchase, and GIS, HR and Admin, MKT, CP cross function information review and collection (for system design flow Finance purchase HR )
Prepare variance analysis, reports and schedules, etc on a timely basis
Cover east region and work with distributors to fine-tune distributor channel
Preparation of budgets and financial reports and overseeing their evaluation
Detailed Monthly Provision Analysis and Journal Entry preparation
Monthly Books Closure across Ledgers – Trial Balance Validation
Tax Accounting and preparing Tax Schedules
Assistant Finance Manager Qualifications
Qualifications for a job description may include education, certification, and experience.
Participate in Finance or other business meetings to stay apprised of business issues and company strategy

4 - 7 years of financial experience in real estate and construction industry,.
Mature, well-organized, self-motivated, hands-on attitude and able to handle multi-tasks
Commerce/Business Degree essential
Professional ACA/ACCA/CPA or MBA beneficial
