Digital Marketing Specialist - Dubai

Job Summary:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist in the real estate industry, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our real estate listings, enhance brand visibility, and drive lead generation. You will work closely with the sales team, developers, and other stakeholders to create and implement effective marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies focused on generating leads and optimizing brand presence in the Dubai real estate market.

Design, implement, and optimize websites, including creating engaging landing pages and enhancing user experience and design to boost SEO and lead conversion rates.

Lead and execute digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), and other relevant platforms to drive leads and brand awareness.

Utilize SEO techniques to increase website visibility and organic search rankings, driving traffic and potential leads.

Generate and nurture leads through targeted social media advertising and engagement strategies like email marketing

Analyze the performance of all digital marketing activities using data-driven approaches to refine strategies, optimize spend, and improve ROI.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, sales, and content creators to ensure cohesive branding and marketing messages across all platforms.

Qualifications:

At least 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on website management, SEO, and online advertising.

Experience in the real estate industry in Dubai, with a deep understanding of the local market dynamics and consumer behavior.

Strong expertise in managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta platforms, with a proven track record of successful lead generation campaigns.

Proficiency in website design and optimization tools, with experience in creating high-converting landing pages.

Excellent analytical skills to effectively interpret data and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of crafting compelling marketing messages and detailed reports.

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field is preferred.
