Trade Marketing Executive - Dubai

Key Accountabilities:

Drive accelerated category growth for all suppliers and FE brands through innovative customer engagement activities and equity-building initiatives.
Analysis & Prediction Management.
Responsible for aligning all priorities between the Sales Organization and Business Partners while managing, reviewing, and providing feedback on Trade Investments, and Monthly initiative planning
Drive forecast integrity/accuracy through an understanding of business.
Create and manage annual operating plans with customer/brand objectives, and trade investment plans in coordination with business partners, secure internal alignment, and optimize spending.
Execute all consumer engagement activities including sampling, branding, promotions as well as sponsorships.
Conduct periodic reviews with Sales teams - understand gaps and provide feedback.
Plan new product launches and maintain a tracker.
Monitor and evaluate ROI for all trade marketing initiatives.
Data Management and Analysis to suggest business opportunities and risks.
Track competition volumes and monitor competitor activities to evaluate the brand performance.
Visibility standardization at all channels.
Weekly Market Visit to Identify opportunities/gaps in execution.
Timely handle claims, and finance-related issues with business partners, and coordinate with the internal commercial team.
Market Credit Management and Settlement.

Qualification & Skills:

2 to 5 years experience in FMCG (trade marketing or sales)
Bachelors' degree in marketing , or business administration
Knowledge of Sales & Marketing Fundamentals
Strong communication skills, verbal / written
Negotiation, Analytical & Presentation Skills
Team Work
Strong Accounting Background
Customer Service Oriented
