Role Overview: Are you a hands-on marketing expert with a strategic mindset and a proven track record in real estate lead generation? We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can shape marketing strategies, and is ready to take ownership of creating, building, and running successful lead generation campaigns across META, Google, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute lead generation campaigns tailored to the Dubai real estate market, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with Sales Directors and other key stakeholders to integrate lead generation strategies with sales initiatives.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
Innovate and adapt strategies to leverage the latest tools and techniques in digital marketing.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure leads are properly nurtured and converted.

Qualifications:

2-5 years of experience in lead generation marketing, specifically within the Dubai real estate market.
Proven track record of running successful campaigns on META, Google, and LinkedIn.
Hands-on experience with campaign creation, management, and optimization.
Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
