Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing and Sales Executive to join our team at Fly Zone, a premier trampoline park located in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our park through direct marketing efforts and collaborating with local hotels, schools, and other entities to drive foot traffic and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:

Direct Marketing: Execute direct marketing strategies to target potential customers and partners, focusing on driving engagement and revenue growth.
Digital Marketing Oversight: Oversee the digital marketing team to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies across all channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with our business goals and drive brand visibility within the region.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and customer preferences that can enhance our marketing and sales efforts.
Reporting: Track and report on the success of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Target Achievement: Ensure that minimum sales targets are met from the first month of hiring and continue to be met on a monthly basis.
Requirements:

Experience: Previous experience in direct marketing and sales within the hospitality and entertainment industries in the UAE is mandatory.
Language Skills: Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
Cultural Understanding: A strong understanding of local culture and market dynamics in the UAE.
Education: Relevant University degree; additional education or certification in sales and marketing is a plus.
Work Schedule: Full-time position with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed. One day off per week.
Contract: 2-year contract.
