Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Strategic Marketing Plans: Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals, integrating both digital and traditional marketing channels.
Optimize SEO Strategies: Lead Search Engine Optimization (SEO) initiatives to enhance website visibility, improve search engine rankings, and increase organic traffic.
Manage Google Ads Campaigns: Oversee Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, budget management, ad creation, and performance analysis to maximize ROI.
Execute Social Media Strategies: Create and implement dynamic social media marketing plans to boost brand visibility, foster audience engagement, and drive customer acquisition.
Oversee Website Management: Ensure the company website is well-maintained, offering a seamless user experience and reflecting consistent brand messaging.
Develop Targeted Email Campaigns: Design and execute effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive sales, and enhance customer retention.
Coordinate Trade Show Participation: Plan and manage the company's participation in trade shows and industry events to showcase products and build industry connections.
Supervise Showroom Operations: Oversee showroom activities, including product displays, inventory management, and customer service, to enhance the customer experience.
Collaborate on Product Launches: Work closely with the sales team to strategize and execute new product launches and create supporting marketing materials.
Create Marketing Assets: Develop and maintain high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, catalogues, presentations, and other sales materials.
Process E-Commerce Orders Efficiently: Handle customer orders received through e-commerce platforms, ensuring prompt and accurate fulfilment.
Monitor and Address Customer Reviews: Track customer reviews across social and
e-commerce platforms and implement strategies to address and resolve negative feedback professionally.
Analyse Marketplace Performance: Evaluate performance metrics for e-commerce marketplaces, including product sales, conversion rates, and customer feedback, to drive continuous improvement.

Required Experience/Skills:

3 to 4 Years of Relevant Experience: Proven track record in a similar marketing role, preferably within the Workwear, PPE, or related industries.
Expertise in SEO, SEM, and Web Analytics: Demonstrated experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and web analytics tools to drive digital marketing success.
Proficiency in Digital Marketing Tools: Strong skills in using digital marketing platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis/reporting tools to create and measure marketing effectiveness.
Results-Driven and Self-Motivated: Highly self-driven with a focus on achieving measurable results. Possess excellent communication and leadership abilities to collaborate effectively across various departments and achieve organizational goals.
Familiarity with CMS and Email Marketing Platforms: Comfortable with Content Management Systems (CMS) and experienced in managing email marketing campaigns to engage and convert audiences.
