Marketing Manager - Dubai

Responsibilities:

· Plans and implement marketing strategy, including advertising and public relations programs according to agreed budgets designed to create and maintain a favorable public image for the company.
· Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, protect and develop the company’s brands via suitable PR activities.
· Budget allocation for various activities such as exhibitions, media and creative tasks
· Media planning: print (ATL & BTL), PR, outdoor & online.
· Handle all SEO-related activity for our web portal as well as PPC campaigns to ensure competitive keyword ranking on major search engines.
· Handle social media activities such as our Facebook, Twitter, WordPress to build online communities and be familiar with using Google Analytic tools.
· Liaise with advertising agencies for various creative jobs such as campaign development, website designing & media booking.
· Write comprehensive creative briefs on various advertising jobs.
· Measuring advertising effectiveness through lead monitoring.
· Manage development & design corporate website ensuring at all times that it is fully functioning.
· Have an understanding on the workings of XML feeds and Content Management Systems.
· Lead analysis to determine quality of leads, consumer trends & which marketing mediums are more effective.
· Conduct trainings & orientation programs for new agents on the Coldwell Banker brand & Marketing support tools.
· Oversee the overall quality of content for the website, and prepare necessary press releases.
· Manage all activities related to our participation in various exhibitions, locally and abroad. From stand design, vendor selection to exhibitor paperwork requirements and execution of build-up.
· Have an understanding of CRM systems. (Master key Knowledge is of added advantage).
· Handle all necessary Email & SMS campaigns for the sales team and brand-promoting tasks.
· Responsible for ensuring the Marketing Department conforms to the company identity standards and quality system procedures as documented.
Build a team structure and ensure tasks are being monitored closely.

Reports:

· Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success.
· Provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results.
Provide a budget breakdown and plan for each quarter with implementation policy upon management approval.
Qualification:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications.
Experience:
· Past work experience of at least 2 years as a marketing manager or similar role

Skills:
· PowerPoint and/or Keynote
· Illustrator and/or Photoshop
· iMovie or Microsoft Movie Maker (added advantage)
· HTML knowledge (added advantage)
· Social Media
· SEO / PPC
· Web Portal functioning / Backend / Integration
· CRM system understanding
· Technology Oriented
· Lead analysis
· Creative writing
· Excellent Communication skills in English

· UAE Driving license (an added advantage)
