Marketing Manager South Asia - Dubai
About the Role:
We are seeking a Marketing Manager for South Asia to join our team and be responsible for defining and managing the regional marketing plan and budget in collaboration with senior leadership and the Country Director. Proactively generate ideas and opportunities for client collaboration, create and post content across digital channels, and develop and implement online advertising strategies. Coordinate events for the South Asia-focused team, collaborate with graphic designers on marketing materials, and manage sales materials for maximum brand exposure. Oversee relationships with YouTube affiliates and streamers, ensuring positive coverage, onboarding new partners, and motivating existing ones. Ensure compliance with marketing practices, propose new promotions, and manage content translation from English to required languages.

Responsibilities:
Define marketing plan and manage the budget assigned to the region in accordance with senior leadership and Country Director.
Proactively develop ideas and opportunities for future clients and collaboration.
Create, proofread, and post content across multiple digital channels (e.g., blogs, media, social media).
Develop and implement an online advertising strategy (banners, editorials, interviews), as well as maintain relationships with third-party advertisers.
Define, organize, and coordinate events for the South Asia-focused team, such as conferences and client events, in accordance with senior leadership and Country Director.
Collaborate with graphic designers to create banners, images, and other marketing materials.
Manage and own marketing and sales materials including website content, brochures, merchandise, etc.
Ensure maximum brand exposure across multiple channels.
Manage relationships with YouTube/affiliates/streaming partners – ensuring prominent and positive coverage year-round.
Identify and onboard new affiliates/streamers on our products/services.
Motivate existing affiliates and streamers to optimize performance.
Develop and maintain a strong network and one-on-one relationships with key YouTubers/affiliates and streamers.
Review affiliate sites, YouTube/streamer content, and marketing practices for compliance with company policies and regulations.
Create and propose new promotions/actions for affiliate networks and streamers/social media.
Set up performance dashboards to review monthly KPIs and budget allocations.
Responsible for content translation from English to required languages for all our content (games, PR, banners, etc.).
Requirements:
Must have a strong portfolio of affiliates in the South Asia gaming market (influencers, streamers, etc.).
Experience with advertising on various social media platforms (Twitch, YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
Ability to source and retain new affiliate partnerships.
Strong negotiation and analytical skills – capable of analyzing performance to drive better placements.
Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, ad-serving, CPC, and performance-oriented advertising.
Friendly, passionate, and energetic.
Proficiency in English and an additional language such as Hindi, Bangla, or Nepali.
