Location: Dubai, UAE (remote setup can be discussed)

Project Scope:

Performance Marketing optimization project, aimed at improving lead generation results and optimizing budget ROIs of large scale campaigns.

Profile requirements:

- Past experience in top marketing agencies or in a large ecommerce as performance marketer
- Strong understanding of performance channels and campaign optimization methods
- Lead generation campaign management experience is a strong plus

Role Scope:

Managing campaign analysis and optimization:
Conduct regular A/B tests and analyze campaign performance
Identify improvement areas to make data-driven decisions.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations and implement performance optimization techniques based on insights
Manage budgets to achieve business goals and objectives.
