PROPERTY CONSULTANT REQUIRED IN DUBAI

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our ever-growing real estate company!

We're looking for our next super-star real estate agent to join the company as we continue growing and helping people buy, sell, and rent with confidence. As a consultant in our company, you’ll hit the ground running with sales and marketing tools, online resources, and lead generation, so you have everything you need to succeed in this industry. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate.

Responsibilities:
· Staying up to date with the Estate market rules and regulations
· Able to hit and exceed targets set by the company
· Actively promote the companies services
· Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them property consultancy services
· Maintain regular contact with Developers, landlords, investors, tenants and owners to find new opportunities and assess existing ones
· Attend property viewings with prospective buyers and tenants
· Provide excellent customer service · Monitor the property market to watch out for new and old properties up for sale.
· Give clients recommendations and advice on appropriate property investments to make.
· Maintain a database of commercial, industrial, and residential properties available on the property market

Qualifications:
· Must have at least 2 years UAE experience in Sales or Real Estate.
· RERA certified preferred but not required.
· Holding a valid UAE Driving license preferrable.
· Must be attentive, detail-oriented, hardworking.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong sales mentality, and negotiating ability.
· Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
