Retail Brand Manager - Dubai

Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy Execution:

• Implement and adapt brand strategies for each of the supermarket chain’s multiple brands, ensuring consistent and impactful brand messaging in-store.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute brand campaigns that drive foot traffic, increase sales, and enhance customer loyalty.

2. Retail Execution:

• Lead the planning and execution of in-store brand activations, promotions, and displays to ensure alignment with overall brand strategy.
• Work closely with the operations and merchandising teams to ensure proper product placement, stock levels, and overall presentation of the store.
• Monitor and analyze in-store sales performance and customer feedback to continuously improve retail execution.

3. Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Liaise with purchasing, finance, commercial and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of promotional activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers and external partners to source and produce in-store materials, such as signage, displays, and promotional items.

4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
• Track and report on the performance of in-store marketing initiatives, including ROI analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide regular feedback to senior management on brand performance and retail execution.

5. Team Leadership and Development:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of retail brand coordinators to achieve high standards of in-store execution.
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment.
