They are currently seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Sales to spearhead their sales initiatives and drive business growth.
Position Overview:
As the Head of Sales, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue targets. You will lead a high-performing sales team, cultivate strong client relationships, and leverage market insights to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue goals, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall objectives.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to enhance performance, foster a collaborative environment, and drive sales excellence.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agencies, and stakeholders. Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to achieve client satisfaction and retention.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the OOH media sector. Develop and present compelling proposals to attract new clients and expand market share.
Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
Revenue Generation: Oversee the development of sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics. Ensure effective implementation of sales strategies to achieve financial targets.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and alignment with overall business goals.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in the OOH media sector or a related industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing and developing sales teams. Ability to inspire and drive a team towards achieving ambitious goals.
Client-Centric Approach: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a keen ability to build and maintain client relationships. Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Strategic Thinking: Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies. Proficiency in using data and insights to drive decision-making.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
