Overview of the Job role:
The warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting the Warehouse Operations by handling warehouse Management system.
- In charge of warehouse management system and ensuring the proper recording of products (items, Quantity, Physical location, expiry dates etc) in the Warehouse management system.
- Day-to-Day recording and management of stock movements in the warehouse management system both inwards and outwards.
- Coordinating with Warehouse specialist and recording the stock physical location in the Warehouse management system.
- Managing Warehouse System operator, overseeing and ensuring all the products are properly scanned before dispatch and at the time of delivery and reporting the discrepancies to the reporting manager.
