What the job role includes:

1) Handling incoming, and existing tasks from VIP customer success representative

2) Assist clients and customers with the service tools, app installations, or troubleshooting any existing issues to ensure the functionality of the app.

3) Research, investigate, and respond to all technical issues and complaints in a timely, efficient, and knowledgeable manner.

4) Maintain working knowledge of products including new releases and new features.

5) Logically diagnose and resolve basic to intermediate issues, or determine resources required to resolve escalations.

6) Ability to work effectively in a team environment with pleasant, professional, and courteous personality skills.

7) Outgoing and friendly personality, a strong attitude toward technology, excellent customer service, and relationship-building skills are a must
