Overall Job Purpose:
The digital marketing specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing and Growth team with lead generation across products. They will manage all digital marketing activities with accurate attribution and tagging reports to optimize efforts.
Job Details
Work closely with social media specialist on social media performance marketing campaigns to generate interest, leads, and launch initiatives
Own and maintain Alef Education’s website in terms of functionality and content, ensuring all content is regularly updated and reviewed
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective digital media marketing partners, identifying relevant trends and engaging platforms that maximize marketing results
Report and monitor performance of digital marketing activities, adjusting and streamlining lead generation processes and effectively capitalize on opportunities to drive sales
Seamlessly and consistently integrate and optimize our CRM system and database into all digital marketing activities and reports to measure success
Conduct regular market and competitor research and be aware of what digital marketing activities competitors are undertaking and benchmark our efforts accordingly
Manage and tag all digital marketing activities with our salesforce CRM to easily track leads and the sales team progress with them
Manage and setup all Salesforce CRM marketing campaigns and be able to extract reports on MQLs and conversions via Salescloud to assess digital marketing efforts’ success
Plan, build, execute and manage Pardot b2b email marketing campaigns and set up automated lead nurturing campaigns (drip campaigns
Build and execute social media paid marketing campaigns with specific CTAs and report on their success (with a major focus being on LinkedIn inmail campaigns)
Manage and own the website CMS and analytics backend to report on key metrics monthly
Utilize Google analytics for website traffic reporting, UTM tagging and campaigns, and monitor website health/issues
Education, Experience and Required Skill
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or other relevant field
At least 3 years of experience in managing digital marketing or performance marketing
Experience in e-learning or agency managing clients from education industry required
Performance marketing (social media)
Salesforce & Pardot knowledge
Email marketing and CRM tracking
Fluency in English and Arabic is a must
