Fleet Administrator / Driver Supervisor - Dubai

Job Description

Fleet Admins/IVMS Admin shall be available 6 days a week, 10 hours per day as per CLIENT schedule. No fixed weekly off.

Fleet admin should be able to manage the schedule for the drivers.

Monitor the condition of buses and Cars on daily basis, including maintenance, washing, etc.

Fleet Admins are entitled of 30 calendar days' vacation per year, all vacation planning must be submitted via supplier for CLIENT approval in advance.

Replacement must be pre-approved and provided to CLIENT once fleet admin is on approved annual or emergency leaves.

Skills Required
