Head of Marketing - Dubai
Responsibilities
Serve as a data-driven marketing leader with a 70% focus on marketing science, and 30% focus on creative
Drive a cross-functional marketing function covering Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Social, Branding, and loyalty
Work closely with external agencies to conceptualize, and executing campaigns across various platforms
Build a hyper-aggressive e-commerce focused marketing engine
Design brand strategy, and then translate that strategy into growth execution
Budget and target setting with the Founder
Qualifications
At least 8 years of marketing experience, ideally all in digital marketing experience
Experience in D2C is preferred - from an Fashion/Makeup/Apparel brand would be even better
Prior experience in data-driven marketing is necessary
End-to-end marketing experience
Prior experience marketing within the GCC
