Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Online Booking Manager at Like Home. The Online Booking Manager will be responsible for managing online booking platforms ( AIRBNB - BOOKING.COM-VRBO-AGODA- TRIP ADVISOR ) , updating property availability, coordinating reservations, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a smooth booking process for guests, Adding new listings.

Qualifications

Experience in online booking management, reservation coordination, and customer service 3 years +
Proficiency in property management software and online booking platforms
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Knowledge of Dubai's hospitality and tourism industry
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field
