Customer Service Admin Executive - Dubai

Seeking an energetic, friendly front desk administrative, responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, for our wellness center in the heart of Dubai.

THIS JOB WILL REQUIRE ::

1. Welcoming visitors warmly by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.

2. Basic Sales & Customer Service: Providing Information about our products and services to clients.

3.Collecting Payments from Clients and issue receipts

4. Answer and respond to all voicemail, phone, email, and walk-in inquires and directing them through the appropriate channel

5. Appointment Bookings & Rebooking, Room Bookings & Updating Appointment Calendar

6. Confirming Clients for Participation for Events & Training Seminars

7. Event Coordination & Organization

8. Assistance in ordering and maintaining inventory for retail and stock items

9. Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.

10. Arrange the Set Up for workshops and events held at the center.

11. Data Entry: Ensure data is entered correctly into the system

12. Handling Basic Admin Duties
