Customer Service/Sales Associate

1. Process orders and returns in Inventory system.
2. Support sales team for preparing quotations, samples request.
3. Analyse customer order pattern and highlight observation, talk to customers to understand the reasons, share the details with sales for them to retain or increase sales.
4. Should be able to independently communicate internally as well as externally with customers in helping with their queries, complaint and service concerns if any.
5. Give customers information about products and services.
6. Data entry and assist admin task as and when required.
Candidate with prior customer service experience within food and beverage industrial would be beneficial.
Candidate should be well versed with using MS Office, proficient in English talking and writing is must.
